A Sante Lakeside Fitness

A Sante is a 9,000 square foot facility located on the beautiful shores of Lake Tahoe. We have two cardio areas with treadmills, elipticals, bikes, rowers, rope pull and a Jacob's ladder. There are plenty of free weights, with benches, racks and bumper plates. TRX's are always on the floor. Classes are included. Our schedule includes Spin, Zumba, Yoga, Butts & Gutts and Power Step.
