Pacific Built

Thomas Ragan began working in marine construction in in 1976 and then got his own contractor’s license and began Ragan Marine, which he was sole proprietor of until 1992. It was then in 1993 that Thomas brought on board his 4 youngest children to form Pacific Built Partnership from 1993-2001. Pacific Built was incorporated in 2001.

Thomas Ragan had over 30 + years working the shores of Lake Tahoe and for the past 20 years John, Luke & Mark Ragan have been the lead foremen on the jobsites, and Melinda manages the office and financials.
